Chanel at The Bellagio Hotel Re-opens

You may not get lucky playing roulette but you might find a different fortune of sorts at the newly reopened Chanel boutique at The Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Spanning 4,778 feet, the space was designed by longtime collaborator Peter Marino and carries ready-to-wear, accessories, watches & fine jewelry in addition to fragrance and beauty. Taking inspiration from both Gabrielle Chanel’s iconic apartment in Paris and Sin City, the decor includes 24-carat gold and crystal Liane chandeliers in the shoe salon as well as two René Crsson Louis XV-style armchairs in the ready-to-wear area. Also of note for design fans are the Ingrid Donat coffee table with a pair of Venini crystal vases designed by Marino plus a custom André Dubreuil coffee table. As for the art, it’s equally as distinctive. Mostly found in the fitting room area, as a way to enhance the customer experience, pieces like an oil and enamel canvas by Roberto Donatelli, an Italian Postwar and Contemporary artist hang alongside a Robert Mapplethrope print or a black oil on white linen abstract painting by German artist Chris Succo. Should you be nearby and want to pop in you’ll find both the 2024/25 Métiers d’art collection shown in Hangzhou, China as well as the fall 2025/2026 pre-collection in the boutique now.

Dolce & Gabbana Takes Over Gurney’s Montauk

Heading out east at any point this summer? Stop by Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater stop and you’ll find that Dolce & Gabbana have returned to the hotel for their latest seasonal takeover. Inspired by traditional Sicilian ceramics, the beach club and lounge are covered in the iconic Blu Mediterraneo print, bringing out the spirit of Southern Italy. Also on site, an exclusive pop-up store, dressed in Riviera-style stripes offering curated pieces that perfectly channel la dolce vita.

A Sweet Treat at The Louis Vuitton Cafe

Find yourself at the new Louis Vuitton boutique on 57th Street and looking for a treat? The brand is bringing a taste of Paris to New York with the release of an exclusive new chocolate bar at Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric located inside the space. Inspired by American pecan pie, this creation reimagines the dessert with refined ingredients and a design tribute to the store’s façade, featuring the Vivienne emblem. Handcrafted in Paris by renowned chef pâtissier Maxime Frédéric and his team it’s available now for whenever you feel peckish.

Loro Piana Looks to Fall

Sure, it feels like summer has just started but Loro Piana is already thinking ahead with the release of their fall ads. Unfolding within the iconic Villa Santo Sospir, once home to avant-garde artist Jean Cocteau, it melds fashion, art, and architecture. Photographed by Mario Sorrenti, the images are filled with Riviera light and models stand among Cocteau’s striking hand-painted murals. This campaign completes the Maison’s seasonal narrative on artist life, echoing their spring/summer story set in Oscar Niemeyer’s Casa das Canoas. Infused with painted textures and landscapes, the collection becomes a tribute to artistic expression, and the art of living.

Ain’t No Summer Like a Saint Laurent Summer

Speaking of designer beach escapes, Saint Laurent is getting into the warm weather spirit with their latest campaign, Shades of Summer. As captured through the dreamy lens of photographer Purienne, the sun-soaked nostalgic images radiate an effortless energy. To accompany the photos, a capsule collection of pieces made for holidaying by the water. From custom surfboards to pool floats to frisbees to beachwear, may all of our vacations have this perfectly curated aesthetic.

Fendi High Jewelry 2025 Brings Water to Life

Imagine Rome without its aqueducts or the iconic Trevi Fountain — it’d be impossible given their history within the Eternal City. And it’s this extensive water system that serves as the source of inspiration for Fendi’s new high jewelry collection, Eaux D’Artifice. Designed by Delfina Delettrez Fendi, the seven piece collection consists of three cocktail rings, three parures, and a spectacular necklace. Featuring Mozambique rubies, Colombian emeralds, spinel, topaz, garnets, and yellow sapphires, the designs evoke everything from the water coursing through ancient fountains to the mosses and flowers fed by its flow. Most notable of the grouping is the necklace, designed to commemorate the brand’s centennial anniversary. At its center is a 20.25 carat cushion cut yellow diamond set on the diagonal and surrounded by round and baguette cut white diamonds. To finish, 100 pear-shaped diamonds, one for each year, are sprinkled throughout creating a glittering shower of gems. Talk about a special way to celebrate a special birthday.

Uniqlo and Studio Ghibli Are Back With Their Third Collab

Fans of My Neighbor Totoro and Howl’s Moving Castle, take notice: Uniqlo is back with another Studio Ghibli collaboration. Called My Dear, the series of 14 tees and sweatshirts for both kids and adults touches on the beloved Japanese company’s greatest hits. Featuring art by Thai artist Kanyada Phatan as well as Toshio Suzuki, who is a producer at the animation giant, you’ll see whimsical reinterpretations of classic characters like Kiki, Porco Rosso, Calcifer, and more. To celebrate its release, Uniqlo hosted a dinner at Rule of Thirds in New York City this week with a spectacular centerpiece inspired by No Face’s feast in Spirited Away. Shop the pieces here.

Golden Goose Premieres a Short Film on Skating

Maybe this week’s hottest event: the premiere of Hold On: Enjoy the Ride, It Never Ends, a skate film that includes some of the most talented (and good looking) skaters of the moment. Directors Erik Bragg and Chris Gregson followed Golden Goose Global Brand Ambassadors and Olympic medalists Cory Juneau and Keegan Palmer, alongside Rune Glifberg and Evan Mock while they toured Europe. From Copenhagen to Berlin, Innsbruck to Athens, the documentary is a testament to the perseverance, community and skills needed to make any street their own. The brand, rooted in skating culture, has played a role in these young athlete’s journeys.“Golden Goose has given us an avenue to show people that skating is not just a game but a way of life,” says Juneau.

Everything’s Coming Up Roses For Roger Vivier

Continuing the theme set in their fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection, Roger Vivier explores the beauty of floral blooms for their one-of-a-kind La Rose Piece Unique line. Creative Director Gherardo Felloni looked to the archives to create a series of eight Efflorescence Jewel bags and two coordinating gilets. Embroidered, sculpted and reimagined, it marks the first time the brand has partnered with legendary couture embroidery house Lesage, reviving a relationship that dates back to the 1980s. Highlights include La Passionnée, a bag that pays homage to cream linen shoe adorned with a red satin rose as seen in its use of delicate petals made from silk mousseline or via hand-embroidered Tosca red beads. L’Astrale takes its name from a fringed velvet cape found in the Lesage archives with its metallic silver threads and fringe detail while the L’Éphemere gilet reinterprets a dress adorned a yellow organza rose, transforming the vest into an ode to beautiful erosion. A testament to the petit mains behind the work, the 10 pieces are a celebration of craftsmanship at its finest.

Gabriela Hearst Dives Into Denim

While she might be better known for her artsy, creative silhouettes, Gabriela Hearst is going more casual for her newest release: a line of 100% recycled cotton denim. Inspired by Spanish traditional house paint pigments gifted by filmmaker Clara Cullen, the collection comes in rich, earthy shades like cobalt blue, golden birch, and burnt sienna, plus a classic medium-wash named Uruguayan Blue after Hearst’s homeland. The denim is garment-dyed and hand-treated using an eco-conscious process that minimises electricity and recycles water throughout. Lightweight yet structured, the line also features custom wood-inlaid brass buttons, available at the brand’s stores and online.
